Founded by a veteran, Ease Springs understands that what we carry doesn’t always stay behind once the uniform comes off. Years of service leave their mark — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Injuries, identity shifts, a loss of structure — all of it can chip away at who we are and how we see ourselves.

This isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about rebuilding — with intention.

At Ease Springs, we use fitness as a tool to reconnect with our bodies, rediscover our strength, and reframe the relationship between our service life and our civilian identity. Training isn’t one-size-fits-all — and neither are you.

You are more than a rank, more than a job title, more than a number. Your training should reflect that.

The name Ease Springs comes from a simple action: when you ease the springs on a weapon, you release the working parts forward. Without that release, the weapon can’t fire.

We help you move forward — and fire.

Through personalised, trauma-aware fitness programming, Ease Springs builds a bridge between where you’ve been and where you’re going. We honour your service by supporting your healing, growth, and long-term wellbeing.

We also recognise that the impact of military life isn’t limited to those who serve. Our work supports veterans and those who stand beside them — partners, families, and communities.
